William Morris (1834 - 1896) lived during Victorian Britain. He is best known as a designer of wallpaper and patterned fabrics. He was one of the principal founders of the British Arts and Crafts Movement. He used nature as an inspiration, with patterns including Trellis and Fruit, Strawberry Thief and African Marigold,
