Number Squares in MS Word

To resize larger squares for printing at A4

To print the A3 squares on A4 paper, select Print from the File menu. This screen will be displayed:

From the drop down menu next to Scale to paper size select A4. (Make sure that when you select Options that Allow A4/letter paper resizing is ticked.)
