Strategy for Early Education & Childcare 2008-13
This strategy sets out the vision and rationale for the development of early education for 3 and 4 year olds and childcare for children between the ages of 0 and 5 years. It is intended to be used by those involved in designing, commissioning and delivering services for early education and childcare.
