We are delighted that you are interested in applying for one of these key posts in the leadership team for Children, Families and Education.
You will be joining an ambitious and innovative County Council, so we are looking for imaginative leaders who can lead radical change to improve service delivery, outcomes, access and involvement for all children and young people, parents and carers as part of Kent’s wider economic and community development. Children’s Services in Kent also have a successful track record, and strong partnership working through the Children’s Trust and our 23 Local Children’s Services Partnerships.
We are looking for standard bearers in their professions, who can show leadership to colleagues, but also as part of a senior leadership team working across functions and boundaries to realise the benefit of integrated children’s services.
