Family Reading Matters

As part of our work to develop a Kent approach to raise standards of literacy and promote the benefits of reading, we are trying to identify all partners who support families. We are also looking to see how families are supported with their reading, writing, speaking and listening.

This will help us to understand how we can better support local families.

Your help, in completing this survey, is really appreciated. It should take no more than 20 minutes and your responses can be anonymous. If you do not have time please can you delegate it to someone in your management team.

The survey is now closed. The results are expected in mid September.

We appreciate that mid July may not be the ideal time for a survey but this is a national survey, developed by the Literacy Trust and I have no control over it.  It will however help our work, here in Kent, and I would urge you to complete the survey if you can.   You are welcome to send the link to any of your partner organisations, at local or county level,  that you work with who may wish to complete it.

If you have any questions regarding this survey or the related work then please feel free to contact us.

Many thanks in advance
