Extended Services Annual Report
Extended Services are at the heart of the delivery of Every Child Matters and the Children’s Plan, helping to raise the achievement of children and young people and broaden their life opportunities. Communities are becoming more involved in the life of their local school and parents are supported to help in their children's education and development.
The Kent Extended Services team have produced an annual report that sets out a selection of various projects highlighting the impact that the extended services agenda is having on the young people, parents and the communities of Kent. The projects showcase partnership working and Every Child Matters ‘in action’ and how they support the priorities of the Children and Young People’s Plan. They provide opportunities for all and help to motivate and engage young people and communities so they feel happier, healthier and more supported.
