Everything from libraries to school meals, and from classroom resources to research, seems to have an online solution.

But how many schools and communities have got the internet connection they want?

Better broadband would help schools, children, teachers and parents to get the most out of online resources.

By saying we want better broadband, we can encourage the companies that provide it to invest in the county’s network – bringing superfast broadband to 90% of properties in Kent and giving everyone at least 2mb speeds. Kent County Council and central government have promised £20m already.

Anyone can visit makekentquicker.com and register to prove that the County wants better broadband.
