Resources to support the QCA Scheme of Work (last updated July 2005)
In the Excel version, each workbook has 4 sheets:
- End-of-unit expectations, with an indicative NC Level.
- Recording sheet with colour-coded columns for each unit covered in the year.
- Grid for teacher comments.
- End-of-year summary sheet.

Resources to support the Themed approach to ICT
A new version (2008) of the original QCA grids, which now support Themed ICT, can be downloaded by clicking on the picture below and saving. They are in a zipped file, which must be unzipped to access the documents.

This approach to ICT supports a more Creative Curriculum where ICT is embedded in subject teaching, this new set of tracking tools, based on 5 themes of Data Handling, Research, Control, Modelling, and Communication has been used and adapted by ICT subject leaders in many Kent schools.
