Sing, Sign & Sensory Time

Come along and develop your Makaton signing through the use of rhymes and songs.
This group runs as a drop-in session and can be attended on the weeks convenient for you and your children.  A great follow on group for people who have attended Makaton Baby Signing or would like to introduce signing and musical instruments to their children in a fun way.

Hanen Programme

This course can be accessed via referral only from a member of the Speech and Language team.  It shows parents how to help their child communicate and learn language during everyday activities such as meal time, bath time and book reading.  A free crèche is available.

SEN Support:

Affinity & Affinity +

This is a parent and toddler group specifically for children with a range of disabilities, special or complex needs.  Parents and their children can engage in messy play, music, stories and much more!  It is also a place for parents to meet others in a similar situation and voice any concerns you may have. Affinity + runs alongside Affinity and is a drop-in group designed for families with older children who have a disability or special need. This group has guest speakers from different agencies at some sessions.
