Our services

We work closely with parents and carers to ensure that we are providing high quality and relevant groups, training opportunities and other services that are needed in the area. Our groups include:

• Parent and Toddler Groups
• Baby Massage
• Active Movement for Toddlers
• Groups for young parents.

We also have a successful volunteering programme and we encourage our families to participate in all areas of the centre, including the planning and development of services. Contact us to find out more.

Additionally we have a peer support programme which has run for the last six years which is now accredited by the University of Greenwich for mother to mother breastfeeding support. We offer a breastfeeding telephone support line 10.00am-10.00pm, 7 days a week.
