Are always available to assist you with any questions you may have.  We all work together to offer fun for them and support for you.

Will become a regular face in your community, they work together with local groups already running and local volunteers in order to discover what each community needs so they can make sure it’s provided.

Community Midwifery Assistant
Offers ante-natal and post-natal support, one-to-one smoke cessation, parent education, baby massage and support with breastfeeding and post-natal depression.

Speech & Language Therapists/Assistants
Are available to assist and encourage those with children experiencing speech and language difficulties through a number of fun and interactive groups, pre-school sessions or one-to-one.

Community Suport Workers
Work as part of the Children’s Centre Team to help support families within their local area. They run groups, courses and offer home visits to provide regular support and encouragement.

 

Health Visitors
Work in partnership with all health professionals to promote community involvement and social inclusion, through home visits, groups and links with generic health visiting team.

Pre-School Family Liaison Officers
Are available to offer advice and support to parents and families with children about to start Nursery or Primary School.

Qualified Teachers
Work alongside pre-schools and schools to provide you with support and advice on the early years curriculum and support practitioners to create stimulating learning environments. 

Support Team
Our Support Team enable and assist everything the Children’s Centres have to offer. With both Management, Administrators and Receptionists each playing a vital role in the Children’s Centre team.
