Meeting Rooms
We have two meetings rooms in our centre which are used on a regular basis and can be hired for groups, training and meetings by outside agencies. So far our centre has become busy with day to day regular bookings.
The Large Meeting Room (shown left and below) has the following facilities:
- Seating for 20 people
- Tables
- Portable & Wide screen colour TV with Video and DVD Player
- Multimedia equipment, projector and OHP
- Flip charts
The room is used for many different groups and training sessions including:
- Various SureStart groups - Sign & Rhyme, Health Visitor Clinic & Music Group
- Canterbury Childminding Group
- Polish Playgroup and Spanish Group
- Training sessions and meetings for external agencies

The Small Meeting Room is suitable for a small number of people to meet and can be adpated to suit the particular need of the user. It is currently used for:
- Weekly midwife clinic
- Supervised contact sessions
- Meetings
- Child development checks
- can be used a creche room
Room Hire Prices 2008

| Small Meeting Room | £15 per hour | £10 per hour |
Refreshments can be requested but they will be charged for.
Discounts apply to the following:
- Bookings over 4 hours = 5% reduction
- Bookings of 4 or more consecutive meetings = 10% reduction
- Bookings of 12 or more consecutive meetings = 15 reduction.
