Meet the team

Photo Sarah WarnerMy name is Sarah Warner I am the Network Manager for Little Forest and Pembury Children Centres. I am the designated Child Protection officer.
I look after everything and everyone in Little Forest; making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.  This job is very diverse; it includes all aspects of the day to day running of the Centre from reception, building maintenance and health & safety to ensuring our continued links with the children, families and professionals who use the Centre.

When I am not at the Children’s Centre , I enjoy cooking, reading  and walking my dog Rocky.

Photo Elaine WatersMy name is Elaine Waters I have worked at Little Forest since January 2007. 
I am the Receptionist at the Centre.   I am here to help you and answer any questions that you might have. If I can’t help you I will find some one who can.

Hi my name is Dawn Shaw and I am the Acting Finance/Monitoring Officer at Little Forest Children’s Centre. 
I have worked here since February 2007 and during this time have seen many changes.
I have two girls aged 18 and 16 years and have a great love for animals and the countryside.

Hello, I am Michelle Suddes, one of the qualified teachers at Little Forest.  I have worked at the centre since January 2010.  I work very closely with Jo the other qualified teacher to ensure that there are lots of opportunities for children to learn and develop through fun exciting activities. 
When I am not at work I am a looking after my 2 year old twin girls who keep me very busy!! I also enjoy cooking and going out with friends.

 


Photo Catherine SaggersI am Catherine Saggers, my role at Little Forest is as a Community Involvement worker.
This means my main role is to involve families from our immediate community.
I also get involved in day to day activities within the centre.
I am very pro active in home visiting and in encouraging families to come and participate within the centre.
I enjoy walking my dog, reading, swimming and cinema.


 Photo Anne Hallett

My name is Anne Hallett.  I have worked at the Centre since 2007. 
I make sure the centre is clean and inviting to all users.   I help in the planning, setting up and providing some of the activities such as Play Bubble and Stay & Play and numerous holiday play schemes.

 


Photo Jo McKenzieHi, my name is Jo McKenzie and I am one of the Qualified Teachers at the Children’s Centre.  I support the learning that goes on within the Centre as well as our linked childcare settings. 
I have two children of my own and enjoy running, reading and spending time with family and friends.
