Family learning

These courses are held in term time for 2 hours each session: The following courses are not running at the moment due to low numbers of people interested, we need a minimum of 8 people to be able to run these courses. If you are interested in doing any of these courses please call the Children's Centre with your details.

• Literacy tuition
• Maths tuition
• English as a second language
• Basic computer skills

Completion of the course will lead to a qualification.
All courses are run by K College.

• Parenting Courses, the centre will sign post you to the relevant organisation.

Baby Signing

Long before children start to speak, they use gestures such as pointing, facial expressions and body language to express themselves.  Using signs helps them to develop these skills. We no longer run Baby Signing as a seperate course due to cost. We now do a taster session of Boogie Babies in our Baby and You Group for Mum's with Babies 0-4months, this is a Musical Session which allows Mum's and Babies to interact using music and movement and to learn new songs. Interested give us a call.

Sparkle & Bling

Once a week a craft session, card making, fancy dress outfits etc.
Babies & Toddlers welcome.
