Welcome to Garlinge Children's Centre

 Our aims are to support, encourage and inspire children, families and the local community.  

We work with multi-agency partnerships to develop local services for children under 5 and their families.

Garlinge Children's Centre covers Wesbrook, Garlinge and Westgate and also works along side Birchington Children's Centre to provide a range of services across both areas.

These include:

• Childminder support
• Child health Services
• Family support and parental outreach
• Early education
• Employment support and links with Job Centre Plus
• Fathers in Thanet (F.I.T)
• Little Talkers
• Forest / Beach School
• Parents Forum  
• Twins Group
• SPOTS Group (Supporting people on the Autistic Sepctrum)

We also offer outreach services and our Community Involvement Workers work as a team across both Centres. They are a friendly face and an excellent source of knowledge on the local area and the support available.
