QCA Developments in Art and Design - Arts Alive
The National Curriculum in Action website of QCA has been substantially extended since our last Newsletter. In particular the guidance provided on the education of Gifted and Talented pupils in art and design is now much more useful. There are suggested activities for extension and enrichment work for this group of students matched to the National Curriculum Programmes of Study and for each key stage. As well as information on Teaching and Learning strategies the site now has useful ideas about planning, monitoring policy and performance and links to extra resources.
