Kent County Council is one of the largest property owners and developers in the County. The estate is comprised of a range of buildings representing the diversity of services offered by the county council, for example schools, day centres, offices, libraries, youth and community centres and country parks.

Property Group is charged with ensuring effective management of the estate, ensuring existing properties are properly maintained and that new buildings are designed to fully meet service needs.
