The financial packages available for 2008/09 continue to meet the requirements of Consistent Financial Reporting (CFR) and Best Value, with additional flexibility to suit your needs.

The purpose of this service is to offer a range of finance packages tailored to meet individual needs. These services are provided by professional, trained staff with significant experience of the education finance sector.

Team members work with headteachers, governors, bursars and finance officers to ensure the school delivers high quality financial output. The packages have been developed, reviewed and enhanced to meet the school's financial requirements and support Best Value statements. Our aim is to contribute to schools' improvement through:

• Effective support relating to financial systems.
• Advice, support and training for school staff.
• Making budgetary and financial control and financial planning as easy as possible.
• Ensuring the service provided meets the school needs.
