Arrivals and departures

Groups should normally arrive after 14h00 on their first day and should leave by 10h00 on the day of their departure. If you would like to modify this arrangement, please speak to the Centre Manager prior to your stay, as other groups may be leaving or arriving on the same day.
 
What you need to bring:

• Towels and toiletries
• Wet weather gear
• Slippers or socks (shoes should not be worn inside the Résidence)
• Plug adapters (sockets are French)
• Personal medication and first aid kit for group
• Insect bite cream and repellent (during summer months)

General recommendations:

• Please respect the natural environment of the Centre
• Please show respect for the fabric of the Centre (any unwarranted damage will be charged)
• Please keep communal areas clean and tidy
• Remember that self-help and teamwork are an essential part of the Hardelot experience
• Please show respect for the Centre staff
