Kent County Council has been externally assessed as achieving level 3 of the Equality Standard for Local Government.

This site informs KCC Children, Families and Education staff and schools of a range of information relating to equalities and diversity. All Directorate staff should attend equality and diversity training and briefings as appropriate. It is a requirement that any Directorate staff involved in recruitment and selection attend the KCC training on this.
