Annual Performance Assessment

The Annual Performance Assessment (APA) process is undertaken by the new Ofsted-led inspectorate for Children’s Services and formally assesses the contribution Kent County Council makes to improving outcomes for Children and Young People.  This year's APA results were released on 26th November and Kent scored 3 (good) across the 5 ECM outcomes with a maximum 4 (excellent) for Service Management /Capacity to Improve.
