Performance Analysis
The course is open to delegates who are already using Assessment Manager 6 and have a sound understanding of aspects, templates and marksheets. This course covers how delegates can use the Performance Analysis Module in SIMS to compare school performance against National, County and School benchmarks through Chance, Trend and Benchmark Analysis. It also allows delegates to compare various curriculum areas and groups of pupils through using the group, aspect and result set analysis tools.

Foundation Stage eProfile
The course covers how to import pupils into the eProfile, enter assessment data and monitor progress through reception year. It also covers reporting to parents, and making the statutory return to the LEA.

Data Analysis for SENCOs
The course objectives are to: create awareness of how AEN information is held in the School Information Management System (SIMS); see how assessment data for pupils with AEN can be recorded in school; understand how to use assessment systems to analyse progress made by pupils with AEN and to look at impact of AEN spending on the progress made by pupils with AEN. Effective Use of Data
The course aims to explore and explain the key performance data and value added analysis that is available to all schools, and how this data can be used in an informed and meaningful way.

Key Stage Data Collections
These courses are in the format of demonstration sessions for schools detailing how to enter end of key stage data into school management information systems, and then how to report on the data and produce the statutory return to the LEA.
