Please note all ICS training is to take place at Kroner House in Ashford.
Are you eligible for the ICS System Input Training course?
Those that require ICS input access such as Practitioners, Senior Practitioners and Team Leaders are required to attend the above mentioned training. This list is not exhaustive and you should check with your line manager and/or a member of the Management Information team to establish if you are required to input data onto ICS.
ICS e-Learning Programme
The ICS e-Learning Programme is a pre-requisite to the ICS System Input Training course and must be completed in all circumstances prior to attending the above course. Administrative employees who believe they should have ICS view access only are required to complete the e-Learning Programme.
How do I apply for either of the above ICS training schemes?
In order to reserve a place on the classroom based training or receive information on how to complete the ICS e-Learning Programme, the application form, for which a link has been provided below, should be completed electronically and returned via email by your line manager.
ICS Training Application Form and Instructions
Upon receipt of a completed application form, information for e-Learning and/or confirmation for classroom based training will be sent directly to the individual who requires training. PLEASE NOTE: Confirmation of a place on the classroom based training will NOT be sent until the pre-requisite e-learning programme has been completed.
When and how do I get access to ICS?
For view access – the instructions on how to obtain access to ICS are included with the information we send to you.
For input access – Once your attendance at training has been confirmed by the trainer, a request is sent on your behalf for an ICS login to be set up. You will then receive details of this via email in due course.
Course Evaluation
We have created an Online Evaluation Form, which will need to be filled out on completion of undertaking the ICS e-learning / ICS Classroom Training. This will give us feedback on how you found the e-learning programme, the Training Course and the ICS System.
