It is essential that you read the following statement before you continue


I understand and agree to the 'good information handling' principles of the data protection act 1998.
I will not break the conditions of the Act by unlawfully processing (any activity that involves the data) personal information (any information that would identify any living individual).

The data must be:

1. Processed fairly and lawfully
2. Processed for limited purposes and in an appropriate way
3. Relevant and sufficient for the purpose
4. Accurate and up to date
5. Kept for as long as is neccessary
6. Processed in line with the individual's rights
7. Kept securely
