Data Analysis and Report Requests
If you require analysis or reporting, please email a completed Ad Hoc Request Form to Management Information ensuring that the subject heading is titled "Ad Hoc Request".
Please ensure that you allow at least 10 working days from the date requested to the date required. If this is not possible please give reasons so we may prioritize workloads. Please also avoid using "ASAP", as a specific date is more helpful for our work allocation processes.
It is important that all sections of the form are completed in order for us to continue to provide an efficient service to all of our customers.
