| Responsibilities & Contacts About CFE Education Finance The purpose of the Finance Unit is to ensure sound financial planning, financial integrity and budgetary control in the Directorate. The unit works directly with schools and Governing Bodies, Cabinet Members, Senior Managers and Unit Heads. We also support the Schools Forum and its component groups, i.e. the Delegated Formula Funding Group, the Central Costs Group and the Standards Fund Advisory Group, as well as the Primary and Secondary Forums. The aim of this website is to keep schools informed about all aspects of finance, including policy matters, contracts and training information.
