In order to monitor the departments activities and the potential financial impact of external funding bids, all claims for external funding greater than £5,000 must be approved by Keith Abbott, using form EF1.  There is guidance available below for completing the form.

If you have entered into an external funding agreement and haven't followed this procedure, please submit form EF1 as a matter of urgency.
