Important Information The signature date on the Mandate and dates inserted on the Authorised Signatories sheet, must match. This date then becomes the effective date for the changes to authorised signatories on the bank account. To open an account at National Westminster Bank you will need the following bank forms:- Form CFE SF 109 Bank Account Opening Form Form CFE SF 101 Bank Mandate Form CFE SF 102 Authorised Signatories -This must include the signatures of all current signatories on the account. Form CFE SF 103 Credit Opening Request (if cash collections are required) Please ensure section 2 of the form is completed with the address of the branch where the cash is to be collected. If this is not completed correctly staff will incur problems when collecting cash at their local designated branch of NatWest.
