NEWS AND IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Forum Moderators: If you have not logged into your forum between 1st January 2007- 1st September 2008, your account has been deactivated. If you have any questions about this or if you need to have your account reactivated, contact communicationcfe@kent.gov.uk.

All Kent Trust Web Administrators: The old version of File Manager has been removed from the Administration Menu. If you are an Administrator who was still using this version, please contact communicationcfe@kent.gov.uk for re-training.

A new version of the Administrator Manual is available for you to download from January 2009.

If you are a new Kent Trust Web Administrator, or you were trained in using the Administration tools before November 2006, we will want to give you training before you start editing your pages.

We are more than happy to answer any questions you have about our website that aren't answered here. We update these help pages all the time to reflect the questions you are asking. You can contact us using the details below. Our office is open during termtime as well as school holidays, and our standard office hours are Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 5.30pm.

If you need to contact us outside of office opening hours, please leave a message on our answerphone or send an e-mail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
