Our Partnership came into being on 1 September 2008, building on a very strong tradition of multi agency working and collaboration to achieve the very best for the children and young people of Urban Swale.

At the heart of our vision is a commitment to take forward the aspirations of Kent’s Children and Young People’s Plan and to find all our unique pathways to ensure that all clusters in Urban Swale are: 

• Nurtured and encouraged at home.
• Inspired and motivated by school and education.
• Safe and secure in their community.
• Living healthy and fulfilled lives. 

This website is growing and developing all the time.  It is designed to be a useful tool to guide you and give you good information about all the resources and activities within the Partnership.
