Tony Froud - Malling Local Children's Services Partnership Manager

My name is Tony Froud and I would like to introduce myself as the LCSP Manager for Malling.

Before taking up this post in September 2008, my role as the Local Education Officer for Malling introduced me thoroughly to the area, its schools and settings and the key members of our local partner agencies. Before moving to Kent, I worked in secondary schools in a number of counties, where I was able to gain experience of a range of schools in varied settings, both rural and urban.

I am fortunate to work with a group of talented and committed professional colleagues in the Partnership Team, who are ever willing to support the dedicated and enthusiastic Headteachers and staff in our school to improve the education and lives of our local children. My growing knowledge of colleagues from our partner of agencies reveals the same commitment to securing the success and well-being of our young people.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything which the LCSP is setting out to achieve. I hope that the expanding pages of this website provide a focus for the exciting work that is going on here at Malling.
