Welcome to the Deal and Sandwich Local Children’s Services Partnership. Deal and Sandwich is one of 23 Local Children’s Services Partnerships (LCSP) in place in specific localities in Kent from 1 September 2008. The Deal and Sandwich LCSP will support the Kent Children's Trust to deliver the Every Child Matters outcomes.

The Kent Children's Trust was established in September 2006. This was supported by the Kent Children and Young People's Plan published in the same year, this plan identified key aims for supporting children and young people up to 2009. This plan is currently being updated to define the key priorities for supporting children and young people in Kent through to 2011.

Deal and Sandwich LCSP will bring together social care, health, police, education, Dover District Council, the voluntary agencies and other services to ensure integrated, child-centred approaches to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.

The Deal and Sandwich LCSP is managed by a partnership board. Details about who is on the board and minutes of the board meetings can be found on the Partnership Management Board
