Child Protection Training for 2009-2010 

Module 1: Essential training for Designated Child Protection Co-ordinators who are new to the role or have not attended training within the last 3 years

Module 2: Training - Essential Training for experienced DCPCs who have undertaken Module 1 training

Refresher Training - This training is an update for those experienced DCPCs who have completed Modules 1 and 2, and enables them to maintain the statutory requirement to attend child protection training every 2 years. 

Para-Professional Training - for members of staff in school who frequently come into contact with children i.e. Family Liaison Officers, Teaching Assistants, School Secretaries etc.,

NB:  Whole-School Training can be arranged directly with the Children's Officer from the appropriate Area Education Office.  Please see contacts for names,  telephone numbers etc.
