Communication, Web Sites, Logos and House style for LCSPs
The CFE Communication and Information Governance Team can provide Partnership Managers with assistance on this matter if you contact us as a first port of call. We will consult with all colleagues involved in this process for a consistant approach. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Visual Branding & Housestyle
The Trust Development Manager, Joy Ackroyd is in discussion with the Communication and Media Centre of Kent County Council for help & guidance on the issue of visual branding & logos for a consistent Local Partnership housestyle. This must recognise the strategic Kent Children's Trust identity as well as your local community identity.
Managers should not develop their own branding. Your decisions about the deployment of logos and the naming of local partnerships must be consistent and no action should be taken without reference to ourselves or to Joy Ackroyd for the latest advice.
LCSP logos
An individual logo has been developed for each of the 23 LCSPs. You can download copies of your logo for use in publications from the following link (this links to KNet, KCC's intranet, and is therefore accessible to internal staff only):
You should also read the following guidance which explains how different logos should be used alongside each other.
Powerpoints, letterheads & flyers
We have created coloured templates for each LCSP to use. You can add your LCSP individual logo to the bottom left corner of the slides using the View / master slide command in Powerpoint and the draft LCSP Branding Guidelines (these are links to KNet, KCC's intranet, and are therefore accessible to internal staff only).
If you wish to use your LCSP's colour within Microsoft Office software, this simple guide contains step-by-step instructions on "How to use the RGB colour values in MS Office"
Web sites for LCSPs
The CFE Communication and Information Governance Team can advise on Kent Children's Trust web site policy for the new partnership web sites. We are currently looking at options for your web sites which include a range of publishing methods depending on your resources. These can include:
Managers should not develop their own web sites and we will be happy to discuss what elements of your current Cluster sites need to be retained or updated.
