Welcome to the Kent Children’s Trust (KCT) Planning Toolkit!
The KCT Planning Toolkit has been designed to support all parts of the commissioning cycle from Needs Assessment and analysis through to evaluation. It includes Local Children’s Services Partnership (LCSP) population profiles and maps, county and local indicators, Children & Young People of Kent survey results, and children & young people’s workforce estimates.
