The Kent Children's Trust 2020 Children and Young People's Workforce Strategy is now ready for consultation under the direction of the Workforce Integration Strategy Executive Group.
This strategy is currently a draft but with your comments it will become the document that guides workforce planning for the Kent Children's Trust. The strategy aims to develop the future children and young people's workforce in Kent to ensure Every Child and Young Person Matters.
