Change for Children Programme  2010 - 2011

The Change for Children Team was established to develop and strengthen Kent Children's Trust arrangements.  It was a time-limited, multi-agency change group, which supported the planning and delivery of the Kent Children's Trust Change for Children Programme from March 2010 to May 2011.

A major focus of the C4C team's work was to support the transition from 23 Local Children's Services Partnerships to the more strategically focussed 12 Local Children's Trust Boards.

The work achieved by the Change for Children Team is summarised in this report.
