Launch of Kent Health Watch
A new way to help people comment on health and social care services in Kent has been launched.
Kent Health Watch will help you find the right place to make compliments or complaints, comments or concerns about health and social care. It covers all health and social care services delivered within Kent along with services commissioned for Kent residents but provided elsewhere.
The Contact Centre will operate the service 24 hours a day, seven days a week by telephone, texphone and email.

Kent Health Watch is run by KCC in partnership with the NHS and provides another route by which people can make their voice heard.
