Specialist Services Database Team

The Specialist Services Database Team, responsible for the development and support of the Impulse application, were incorporated into the Management Information Unit Systems Team on 01/01/2009.  The new team is responsible for database management, account management and support to all users of Impulse.  We are:-

  • Graham Webb - MIU Systems Management Team Leader
  • Gina Scarre - MIU Officer
  • Claire Nicholas - MIU Assistant

Impulse 9.0 has been scheduled to go live on Friday 19th June.  Click here to find out what's new.  Some letters have also been amended to go live with this release.


NEW User Manuals!

New user manuals prepared by CACI Arete are now available in the Useful Links section below.  In order to view these documents you will need to register with KentTrustWeb to obtain a username and password.  Please note that all manuals are in PDF format, which means you will require Adobe Acrobat to view them. 


Report Requests

If you require a report, please email a completed Report Request form to the Impulse Mailbox (Impulse - CFE) ensuring that the subject heading is titled "Report Request".  It is important that all sections of the form are completed in order for us to continue to provide an efficient service to all users.


Access to Impulse

In order to set up a new Impulse user account, or to amend existing access permissions, a New User form will need to be fully completed and emailed to the Impulse mailbox by an accountable manager.


Impulse Training Guides

Have Your Say Results

In September 2006 a survey was carried out with AEN users in three area offices.
