Ramsey's Mum was not able to care for both of the twins, so Ramsey has moved to the Childrens Barn with lots of other 'Sock Lambs'

This means Ramsey is being looked after by farm staff, who have to bottle feed her with special milk 4 times aday, this means that someoe has to come back to the farm at night and feed all of the 'Sock lambs'

The name Sock Lamb comes from the old days, when Shepherd's used their socks to feed orphaned lambs.

The milk Ramsey drinks is a Special sheep milk,It comes in powder form and is mixed with warm water.
Shepherds used to feed through socks, but we use plastic bottles with a teat on the end.

This little lamb, is no longer a cute little lamb. She is really big now and has moved to another farm, Douglas is still out in our field and he is really big now.... I'll try and take a few photos. Better still come along and see him, he is in the field next to the Hill Fort!!
