Have you signed up for a Governors E-Learning (GEL) account?
GEL is an on-line learning experience providing school governors with a flexible way to access information and training to contribute towards effective governance. It provides high quality and accurate learning in the form of learning modules, supporting documents and hot topics.
Kent Governor Services offer GEL as part of their Governor services support package. If your school buys into this package, GEL is something you and your governors can access for free. The on line learning very nicely supports the face to face training and other support provided by Kent Governor Services, so that the maximum support is available to all school governors and clerks across the County.
