Kent Governor Briefing Notes have changed!
Kent.Gov has both a new look and a new name from January 2009. The new format called ‘The Governor’ combines news from around the county about Kent schools and children’s services with information and ‘action’ items for governing body attention.
In addition general information items will be circulated via a GovernorMail in a similar way to the e’bulletin to schools. This will also be accessible online at Kent Trust Web www.kenttrustweb.org.uk/?governor . A list of the information items will also be included in The Governor.
This publication is distributed directly to all Kent's governors, clerks and headteachers in January, April and September each year. ‘The Governor’ provides a good means of communicating news and information to governors on a variety of school governance topics.
