GovernorMail

"Governormail" is an e-mail service that governing bodies can subscribe to in order to receive the latest news and important information from Governor Services.

The Clerk to the Governing Body has the responsibility of keeping their governing body's e-mail addresses up to date on the GovernorMail Database.  Once Governor Services have been informed of a new appointment of a Clerk, the Clerk will receive a login and password and will then be able to update their own Governing Body details.  Individual Governors need to ask their Clerk to add them to the distribution list if they wish to receive GovernorMail. 

(Please note that the distribution list is only used for the purposes of sending out GovernorMail - it is not shared with other companies).
